Done with backlog!
Finally! I have posted all of my art that I created before my blog was made. Well, not nearly all - but at least the pieces that I felt like posting. :) So, after this, my blogs will come slower - as I make items. Keep watching this space!
'Clay' Sleepy Dragon
...and I say 'Clay' because it's not really clay - it's a nice little recipe to make psudo-clay, out of flour, salt, and oil. It works quite well! I don't think I will be making duplicates of this little guy available - it took me several hours to create him, and I don't know if I could get the same result the next time around. However, look for clay pendants later in my blog. :)
Hand-Stitched Plushie: Squid'OWar
Our Squid'OWar is a unique little plush, a combination of a jellyfish and a squid! He is about 8in tall, hand-stitched and crafted out of soft fleece. This individual little one is Sold, but a duplicate can be crafted (in any color!) upon request. Details and price can be seen Here.
Hand-Stitched Plushie: Green Equinosaur
Green Equinosaur is an adorable little plushie like the Slugosaur above, but with legs! We were told it resembled a dino-horse, hence the name. It is about 6in long, hand-stitched and crafted out of soft fleece. I can also craft a duplicate out of most any color. Details and price can be seen Here.
Hand-Stitched Plushie: Pink Slugosaur!
An adorable little hand-stitched plush, which I made as a gift. It is about 6in wide, and crafted out of soft fleece. I can make a duplicate on request, in any color! Details and pricing can be seen Here.
Tribal Hand-Painted Rabbit Skull
Not for the squeamish! :) This is a genuine rabbit skull, painted in a tribal design with deep green and metallic silver paints. Every visible surface is covered. A very unique project! Details and price can be seen Here.
Unique Leather-Burned Bracer, Two Trees Theme
This took me quite a while to make! Made of real cow leather, I cut the edges, before scorching them with an open flame until the edges curled and hardened. The rest of the bracer was then lightly seared to produce it's darkened color. I painted on the two trees, and outlined them with a woodburner. This bracer was a custom request, which I can duplicate if asked, in whatever design requested. Details and price can be seen Here.
Rune & Bone Leather Bracer or Wristband
This is a leather bracer, crafted with coyote bone decor (from farmed coyotes, not wild), and several Nordic Runes etched into the leather. This exact one is reserved, but I can make a duplicate on request, with whatever runes you wish - initials, a short phrase, etc. I can also etch it in English lettering, of course! Details and price can be seen Here.
Now for something completely different - Eternity Braid Leather Bracelets
Now that the backlog of wire-wrap is covered, I can move on to my other crafts! These are two Eternity Braid bracelets, made of real cow leather. An Eternity Braid is one where both ends are closed - yes, it's possible! I have painted blue dots on one, and red runes on the other. Both are held closed with a set of black snaps. I can craft these with many different designs and colors if requested. You can see details and more info Here.
Wire-Wrap Pendant: Tidal Swell
This is a pretty stone, vivid blue, slightly infused with shades of darker blue, wrapped in silver color wire. Details and price can be seen Here.
Wire-Wrap Jewelry: Thor's Hammer
This is unique among my pendants. A shining hematite stone, the color of metal, wrapped in similar silver colored wire to create the shape of a 'Thor's Hammer', out of Norse mythology. Details and price can be seen Here.
Wire-Wrap Pendant: The Sun Awakens
This is a carefree piece crafted with silver wire, and a yellow colored Howlite stone. It's simple, and I like it. Details and price can be seen Here.
Wire-Wrap Pendant: Sky Candy
This one is simply a beautiful stone! A flashy Labradorite, simply and elegantly wrapped in silver color wire. Every bit of this stone has hidden colors and shades, all of which shine gorgeously in the light. Every way you turn it, a different part sparkles. I simply can't say enough, labradorite is just my favorite stone.I will see if I can take a short video of it being turned about in the sun. Details and price can be seen Here.
Wire-Wrap Pendant: Sands of Time
A beautiful muted-color pendant, in light browns and creams, wrapped in silver color wire. The stone is - if I am correct - a pale Picture Jasper. The bands of subtle color flow well with the reversed swirl design. I am happy with it! Details and price can be seen Here.
Wire-Wrap Pendant: Remember the Past
This is another one of my favorite pieces. It's a beautiful example of a real Fossil Anemonite, wrapped in silver color wire. It has already been sold, but I have several smaller fossils which have not yet been wrapped.
Wire-Wrap Pendant: Prelude to Spring
This is another one of my few pendants that sport tri-swirls. The stone is a very pretty light green colored Howlite, with flickers of deeper green-blue. It is wrapped in silver colored wire. Details and price can be seen Here.
Wire-Wrap Pendant: Orange Cream
Now, this is a very unusual, very beautiful stone. It is a orange-and-white Carnelian Agate, the only one I have found that displays beautiful rings and rosettes of pattern. It quite reminds me of swirled half-and-half, hence the name! It is semi-translucent, and positively glows in the sun, turning from pale white-orange to a blazing orange-yellow. Just gorgeous! It is wrapped in both silver and bronze colored wire, adding to the effect. I am quite pleased with this wrap. Details and price can be seen Here.
Wire-Wrap Pendant: Ocean Current
This is the first edgewrapped pendant that I crafted. I am going to be keeping it, but if requested, I can make a similar piece. The stone is a beautiful, deeply colored blue Dalmatian Jasper, and the wire is silver colored.
Wire-Wrap Pendants: Obsidian Arrowhead Series
I have purchased quite a few obsidian arrowheads, many of which are high in quality, with no fractures, and deep color. I have wrapped six of these in a very simple, elegant style, to flow with the point and as not to overwhelm it. I think they came out nicely. Details and prices can be seen Here.
Wire-Wrap Pendant: Nova
This is a quite beautiful pendant. The stone is a translucent Florite, which is a pale mix of purple and green, wrapped in silver color wire. The photo does this piece no justice, as the sun was reflecting off the outer surface. It's quite stunning in person. Details and price are available Here.
Leather Pendant: Etched Heart
This is a simple little pendant. It's small and cute, made of real cow leather into which a runic-style heart has been etched and painted in red. I can duplicate this with any small, simple symbol - other runes, perhaps, or a pawprint, or initials, etc - easily, just send me an email. Details and price can be seen Here.
Leather Pendants: Flower Series
I wanted to make leather flower pendants - so here they are! I currently have four made up, in different colors, though I can make more (and of other colors) as commissioned. (I had only silver, blue, green, and red paint at the time, though I have more now.) They are genuine cow leather, painted with leather paints and riveted together. You can see details and prices Here.
Wire-Wrap Pendant: Heart's Wind
This is a cute little piece crafted of gold colored wire and bright pink colored quartz. It has lots of personality, and is really an eye-catcher! It's one of the detailed edgewrapped pieces that I have made. Details and price can be seen Here.

Wire-Wrap Pendant: Heart Pieced Together
I decided to try a new angle on my wire wrapping and craft hammered wire. This is the result! Made with silver colored wire, and a pretty little red glass bead. Details and price can be seen Here.
Wire-Wrap Pendant: First Tree of Life
This is my first attempt at a Tree of Life. I think it came out pretty well! I will be keeping this first one, but you can bet that I will be making more. I have also bought tiny beads and stone chips, to 'leaf' the trees with. :) Details can be seen Here.
